Lean premium beef mince.  This is an extremely low fat mince.  Perfect for spaghetti bolognese or nachos or chilli con carne!

Cooking tips:  Browning the mince in small batches over a high heat will avoid the mince stewing and result in a much richer flavour.  For a complete meal you can add grated carrot/or courgette or chopped spinach.  You will just need to reduce the liquid longer.
