100% minced New Zealand lamb. A combination of leg and shoulder meat is used for this mince to ensure the balance of lean meat with enough fat to allow the meat to bind and be a wonderful flavour. Fabulous when use in Greek Moussaka, burger patties and meatballs!
Cooking Tip: Browning mince in small batches over a high heat will avoid the mince stewing and result in a much richer flavour!
